Note: This is a BETA Feature
|This feature is currently in beta and generally not available for additional customers at this time. However, if this feature is critical to your business, please reach out to your Outreach account contact to discuss your business needs.
It is up to the wireless network to flag and delist phone numbers, and cannot be controlled by Outreach. If your phone number is blocked, your messages will still be “sent” (so you are charged for it), but the message is not delivered to your customer or prospect.
When using texting as a means of communicating through Outreach, we recommend more personalization. To prevent being marked as spam and having your phone number blocked, we recommend the following:
- <60 messages per minute
- <1000 messages per day
- <200 unique destination numbers
- ≈1:1 send to response ratio
