How To Configure Missed Text Email Notifications in Outreach [Beta]

Note: This feature is currently in beta and not available for additional customers at this time.

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in enabling or disabling the email notification feature in the Outreach platform if text messages are missed. 

Intended Audience: 

  • Outreach Users

To Configure Missed Text Email Notifications:

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Click on the user's initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation sidebar.
  3. On the Settings landing page, click Voice in the menu bar.
  4. On the Voice Settings landing page, click to enable or disable the Notify Me By Email When I Miss A Text option under Notifications
  5. Click Save.

Your account has been successfully updated.

Note: Notifications are sent to users within five minutes after a message is received. Notifications are one email per conversation if the conversation state changes from Read to Unread.
