If you need to delete a call recording for any reason, this can easily be done within Outreach.
- On the left hand navigation panel, find the call list view icon. If your navigation panel is collapsed, the call list view is nested under the speech balloon. If your navigation panel is expanded, the call list view can be found by clicking on the phone icon.
- On the top left hand side of the page, click on the "Views & Filters" button.
- Make sure "Sort & Filter" is selected at the top.
- Select the checkbox next to "Recorded" within the side panel to view only calls with a recording.
- Select the checkbox next to any calls in the list whose recordings you would like deleted.
- Click the three dots button that appears at the top of the list and select "Delete Call Recordings."
