The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in removing call recordings from the Outreach platform.
Note: Deleted recordings are purged from the platform and cannot be recovered.
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Calls icon on the left-hand side of the navigation sidebar.
- On Calls landing page, click Views & Filters and click the Sort & Filter option.
- Click to select the Recorded option under the Recordings section.
- Click to select the applicable recording to delete.
- Click the More Options icon and select Delete Call Recordings to delete the call recording.
- Click Confirm to permanently delete the recording.
