Outreach gives you the control to decide when to start, stop, and resume a call recordings during inbound and outbound calls - giving prospects the privacy they deserve.
While on a call, find the recording button on the white call bar. This is where you can both initiate and stop call recordings.
Click on the grey recording button to initiate recording and it will highlight red. Clicking on the red recording button will stop the recording. You can always hover over the buttons to remind yourself if you are recording or not.
