When emailing prospects, it's important to consider the time of day your emails are going out. This can get tricky if your prospects and/or users are located around the world.
Outreach sequence schedules allow you to choose a specific timezone for sending or set them to dynamically adapt to wherever your prospects and users are located.
In your schedule settings, you will see two checkboxes under "Scheduling options."
- Selecting "Use prospect's timezone as default" will send out emails and schedule tasks based on the timezone listed for each individual prospect. If no timezone is selected for a prospect, the default timezone listed in the schedule settings will be used.
- Selecting "Use sender's timezone if prospect timezone is unavailable" will send out emails and schedule tasks based on the sequencer's local timezone (instead of the schedule's default timezone) if there is not one listed for the prospect.
