The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users in commonly asked questions regarding the Prospects List View.
Q: How does Outreach's search feature work?
A: When you use search, Outreach looks for the searched values in the Prospect Name, Title, Company Name, Account Name, Prospect Tags, and Stage Name.
Q: How do I multi-select a list of Prospects?
A: The combination Shift+Click selects a list of records or you can individually check the boxes next to each Prospect.
Q: Where did the Reports section go that used to be in the top-right corner?
A: Outreach is in the process of moving these reports to a more suitable location. Once the work is complete, Outreach will send notification as applicable. In the interim, users will need to revert to the old view in order to access the reports.
Q: How do I revert to the old view of the Prospects landing page?
A: In the top the right-hand corner of the page, click the ellipses [...]icon and select View Old Version. Complete the feedback section detailing the reason for reverting, and click Send Feedback.
Note: Outreach uses captured feedback to influence future enhancements.
Q: Will my old views work in this new experience?
A: Yes! But if you created a saved view in the new experience and reverted back to the old experience, those newly created and saved views will no longer be available.
