The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in remapping a Prospect in Outreach with CRM data.
Note: Remapping does not remove Prospects from Sequences or change associated tasks.
Before Completing This Process, Admins Have:
- Imported or Created a Prospect in the Outreach Platform.
- Enabled Allow users to select the preferred CRM ID.
How To Remap a Single Prospect in Outreach
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Prospects icon in the navigation sidebar.
- On the Prospect List View, click the More Options (...) icon to the far right of a Prospect and select the Find Matches in CRM option from the dropdown menu.
- Select the Object ID that is for the Prospect in review.
- Click Update.
