The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in resetting user passwords.
How To Reset User Passwords in Outreach
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the user's initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Users under the User Admin section of the Settings panel.
- Click the applicable user and select Send Claim Link from the more options dropdown menu.
- Click Send on the Send Claim Link dialog box. An email will be sent to the email the applicable user to reset the password. Note: The link will expire in 72 hours.
