Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in checking the Google Chrome web browser version being used.
Outreach works exclusively with the Google Chrome web browser. Depending on how an organization is configured and how IT Administrators and Network Security Admins have updates pushed to the organization, updates to Google's web browser can be missed.
A common troubleshooting step is to confirm the version of Google Chrome running and update as applicable.
Intended Audience:
- Outreach Users
