Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in transferring Prospect and sequence ownership to another user.
Intended Audience:
- All Outreach Users
How To Transfer Sequenced Prospects
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click on the user's initials in the navigation sidebar.
- Click Sequence States under the System Activity section in the Settings panel.
- Click Views & Filters and select Sort & Filter.
- Input the applicable user name in the Sequencer field.
- Click to select a Prospect.
Note: Click Select All Prospects if applicable.
- Click the Settings icon (gear) and select Assign Mailbox from the Settings dropdown menu.
- Select the applicable user's email address from the From: dropdown menu.
- Select the applicable option form the Update existing undelivered emails?: dropdown menu.
- Click Assign.
Transfer Sequence Ownership
Note: Each Sequence must be done one at-a-time.
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Sequences icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click Views & Filters and click Sort & Filter.
- Select You from the Owner dropddown menu.
- Click the applicable sequence.
- On the Sequence Steps landing page, click Settings in the menu bar.
- On the Sequence Settings landing page, select the applicable user from the Owner: dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
Note: Following the same logic, you may want to reassign Tasks for any existing tasks and Templates as well.
