Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach admins in adding and configuring different fields in the opportunity stage object to sync with Salesforce.

- The CRM Sync experience listed here includes both the Classic Plugin experience and the new Enhanced CRM Sync Experience which is currently in Beta. For instructions on the Enhanced CRM Sync Experience, see section Enhanced CRM Sync Beta.
Procedure
Classic Plugin
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the CRM Plugin.
- Click the Opportunity Stage object.
- On the Opportunity Object page, click Fields.
- On the Fields page, add and map the applicable fields.
- Click to enable the Update In option as applicable.
- Click Save.
The Fields have been added to the Opportunity Stage object and will sync the applicable data between the CRM and Outreach.
Enhanced CRM Sync Beta
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Access the CRM Integration Settings.
- Click the Opportunity Stage object.
- Scroll down to Set field mapping and add and map the applicable fields.
- Click to enable the Update Outreach option as applicable.
- Click Save.
The Fields have been added to the Opportunity Stage object and will sync the applicable data between the CRM and Outreach.
