Objective
Create a target persona to allow Outreach users to deliver hyper-personalized messaging aligned with each prospect’s role and responsibilities.

Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as Admin.
- Click Administration > Records.
- Navigate to Target Personas.
- Click New persona.
- Complete the following fields
- Title
- Description
- Departments
- Seniorities
- Click Save persona.

Persona Best Practices
Below are best practices for the fields when creating a persona.
- Title - Be specific, this title will be used when setting up the AI Agent. Make it easy for your team to pick the persona they would like to use to run the sales play.
- Description - Describe what this persona is and what it means.
- Departments - this helps the agent identify the correct departments of the prospects within the sales play.
- Senorities - these are the job titles associated with the prospects within the sales play and help further define WHO the agent should reach out to within the account.
