Objective
Reconnect your Salesforce sandbox instance to Outreach after you've refreshed your sandbox instance in Salesforce

Procedure
- From your Outreach production instance, go to Administration > Integrations > CRM
- Click the three dots (...) in the top right, then 'Export CRM sync configuration' (this file contains all your field mappings and your Salesforce URL)
- Open the downloaded JSON file, and in the "ProviderBaseURL" field, update the URL to your new Salesforce sandbox URL and save the file:
- Access your Outreach sandbox and go to Administration > Integrations > CRM
- Click the three dots (...), select "Import CRM sync configuration" and follow the prompts on screen to upload the updated JSON file
- Once complete, click the three dots (...), select 'Reconnect', and follow prompts on screen to login to your Salesforce instance
