Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in downloading an Outreach Kaia recording.

Notes:
- By downloading an Outreach Kaia recording, both an mp4 video file and a .txt call transcript file will be downloaded in a .zip file format.
How To Share an Outreach Kaia Recording:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Meetings icon (calendar) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click Recordings in the menu bar.
- Sort, filter, and select the applicable meeting recording.
- Click the Download icon next to the meeting title.
- An email is sent to you containing the link to download the .zip file.
