Q: Which Outreach Voice calls will import into Kaia?
A: Any recorded Outreach Voice call over 30 seconds in duration will be added into Kaia.
Q: Do I need an Outreach Kaia license for my calls to import?
A: Yes. Only users who have been assigned an Outreach Kaia license will have their calls added into Kaia.
Q: Which Kaia features can I use with my Outreach Voice calls?
A: Calls recorded using Outreach Voice are automatically added to the Kaia Recordings page. Calls recorded on an individual recording page are
Upon calls being recorded by Outreach Voice, they will be automatically added to the Kaia Recordings page where they are searchable in the same ways that Kaia recordings are. On an individual recording page, you are able to listen to the call recording using the same controls as a regular Kaia recording. You can also bookmark, leave notes, download, and share the link to the recording.
Q: Am I able to use the Kaia live meeting experience during my Outreach Voice calls?
A: No, unfortunately, the Kaia live experience is not available during Outreach Voice calls.
Q: Are Content Cards and Action Items available for Outreach Voice recordings?
A: No, unfortunately, these features are not available for Outreach Voice recordings.
Q: How long does it take for an Outreach Voice call recording to appear in the Kaia recordings page?
A: Recordings will take about 3/4 the time to process as the duration of the call. So, if your call is 60-minutes in duration, you should expect to wait approximately 45-minutes for the call recording to display in the recording search page.
Q: How long are Outreach voice recordings retained in the Outreach system?
A: Outreach voice recordings are retained indefinitely unless they are deleted by a user.
Q: What setup steps are required for Outreach Voice calls to appear in the Kaia recordings section?
A: Users need to be granted an Outreach Kaia license and call recording needs to be enabled. Calls recordings need to be longer than 30 seconds in duration for them to be processed and appear in the Kaia recordings page. For better transcription accuracy, make sure to add your Company Website URL.
