Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide Outreach Users with information about how Permission Sets are organized within Outreach Commit.

Outreach Commit: App Permissions

Each permission in the Outreach Commit application is organized into a Permission Set. Each Permission Set is scoped to a different area of the Commit application.

The individual permissions control the actions that can be taken within the app. The possible permissions within each Permission Set are: Access, Read, Update, Create, Delete, Manage and Share permissions.

This document outlines the areas of the application that are affected by each of the granular permissions.

Web App Permission Set

Access

All page routes in the Commit app require Access permission. If the user does not have this permission, the user will be redirected to this page.

Deal Permission Set

Access

For Managers with Access permission, the outlined UI element(s) are visible.
