Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users leveraging Insights reporting. Insights reporting provides metrics to users for Team Performance and Sequence Performance. Team Performance and Sequence Performance reports will soon have updated metrics in order to improve the measurement system for performance management.

Summary of Changes
As Outreach continues to build out and enhance our reporting suite, we are in the process of updating definitions for several metrics within the Team Performance and Sequence Performance reports. These updates position Outreach's reporting suite to offer increased accuracy and consistency. Listed below are the enhancements.
- Aligning metric definitions across Team Performance, Sequence Performance, and the new Sales Execution Report that is currently in beta.
- Enhancing metrics definitions to improve accuracy and decision making.
The intent of these updates is to ensure data is synced, accurate, and telling a unified story across our reporting suite. These enhancements to the metric definitions give users the confidence to make data-driven decisions and increased trust in Outreach’s reporting capabilities to utilize them as a central source of truth.

Meeting invites sent to at least one external prospect regardless if they accepted the invite or not.

Attribution | Definition |
Users and Teams | All meeting invites sent are attributed back to the user and team that they belonged to at the time of the invite sent. If a user belongs to multiple teams the meeting will be attributed to all applicable teams. |
Sequences | All meeting invites sent that can be attributed back to the sequence within 30 days of activity in a sequence are counted. |
