Sequence listview
Summary
Styling updates made to the sequence listview page
Updates
- Select All - To select all sequences you now select the box to the right of the Name column
- Filters - Filters now utilize the new filter pill system, via the “Add Filter” option
- Date Created is now called Created at
- Date updated is now called Updated at
- Team
- Transactional Sequence
- Sort - You can now find the sort and sort direction options in the top right corner
- Columns - Columns are now clearly named and spaced to provide more clarity.
- The Name column now includes
- Sequence Name
- Locked Status - Activation status
- Shared status - if the sequence is shared
- Favorite - Sequence favorited star
- Sequence Status - Active, Inactive, etc.
- Archived has been moved to be part of the “active” “inactive” row.
- Collections - Collections now have their own dedicated row. Collections are presented in a pill with a colored circle. When collection names exceed the space available, you will be presented with a + # symbol. Hovering over the # will display the other associated collections.
- Tags - Tags now have their own dedicated row. Tags can still be clicked on, but we no longer display hyperlinks. When tag names exceed the space available, you will be presented with a + #. Hovering over the # will display the other associated Tags.
- Current Prospects - Current Prospects is the name of these section with associated sequence states. This section has not changed.
- Open / Clicked / Replied all have their own column. The Percentage is now shown above the Count. You no longer have to hover over the value to show count vs percentage.
- Last Used - Last used shows the last time the sequence was used.
- The Name column now includes
Locked Sequence Status:
- We still display the same info now, some information has just been repositioned.
- The locked icon is related only to “activation” status.
- Archived has been moved to be part of the “active” “inactive” row.
- A sequence cannot be activated if it has zero steps.
- If users are not permitted to perform certain actions, they are removed from the drop down menu but elements may still be shown in certain elements of the table row, like the locked icon

Sequence Builder & Overview
- You can now perform the following actions from within the builder.
- Activate/Deactivate - You can now activate the sequence during the creation flow, within the builder.
- Delete - You can delete your sequence from inside the builder, instead of only having the option to perform this from the list view
- Favorite - Favorite your sequence by clicking on the star by the sequence name
- Sequence Description - The sequence description can be added during the sequence creation process, and edited on the sequence settings page.
- Sequence Summary - The sequence summary information now lives in a summary card on the right side of the builder (Steps/Days/% Automated)
- Hide / Display Content
- Show/Hide Analytics - By selecting Hide Analytics, the metrics for each step will be removed providing a cleaner view
- Collapse/Expand Steps - By selecting to collapse your steps you will be provided with a condensed view that only displays the day, step type and priority.
- ^ - The ^ icon allows you to expand or collapse individual step information
- Percentage/Counts - We now display both the percentage and raw counts for each sequence step, so you no longer have to hover over the metric to get the view you want.
- The overview section now sits on the right hand side, and is no longer at the top of the page
- The sequence overview section now has column names to show Type, Subject & Body for emails
- Priority now shows on the right hand side
- You now have an active/in-active toggle for email variants (purple toggle)
Prospect & Account Overview Tab

- Layout menu has moved to the ellipses on the top right of the page. Here is where users can edit layouts and save them as a default.
- Add Tile Picker UI has been updated and categories have been added
- Visual updates to tiles to align
- Competitor Tile and ExecVision tiles have been removed after both had been deprecated previously and were inactive.
