Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in managing security settings within Outreach Success Plans for the Organization.

- Some views and options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact your Outreach Administrator as applicable.
Manage Security Settings for Outreach Success Plans
To ensure individuals invited to join the plan complete two-step email verification before gaining access.
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Success Plans under the System Config section on the Settings panel.
- Under Security, check the box next to “Require two-step verification”.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
To ensure links can only be shared with the team, which is made up of individuals invited to join the plan:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Success Plans under the System Config section on the Settings panel.
- Under Security, check the box next to “Only team members can access plans”.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
To allow anyone who receives a link to access a Success Plan:
- Access the Outreach Platform
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Success Plans under the System Config section on the Settings panel.
- Under Security, uncheck the box next to “Only team members can access plans”.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
