Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Admins in uploading a custom privacy statement to Outreach Success Plans for the Organization.

Notes
- Some views and options require admin-level governance permissions. If the options outlined in this article are unavailable, contact your Outreach Administrator as applicable.
Procedure
- Access the Outreach Platform as an admin.
- Click the User's initials (avatar) in the bottom left corner of the navigation sidebar.
- Click Success Plans under the System Config section on the Settings panel.
- Under Privacy Policy toggle the box next to Include a link to your company’s privacy policy in the plan footer.
- Paste the URL to your company’s privacy policy in the available field.
- Input your Company name. This will be displayed at the bottom of each Success Plan.
- Click Save.
