What are your Office Hours sessions?

These weekly sessions cover foundational, technical, and strategic topics, allowing you to learn and problem-solve live with experts.
Where can I see upcoming Office Hours sessions and register for an upcoming webinar?
You can see all of our upcoming Office Hours sessions and register on our Success Center.
I registered for an Office Hours session but didn't receive a confirmation email or a link to join the session.
Confirmation emails may take up to 1 hour after registering to be delivered.
However, if it hasn't arrived, your email provider or IT organization's email filters may have re-routed or bounced the confirmation email.
Here are four options for troubleshooting:
- Check your Spam folder for the email
- Check with your IT to ensure that emails from customercare@gotowebinar.com are approve-listed. Once it is, try re-registering.
- You may also try registering with a separate email address (e.g. gmail) to see if you can get the confirmation email.
- Confirm that you have not unsubscribed from emails from customercare@gotowebinar.com in the past. If you have, the email will bounce and not reach your Inbox or Spam folder. You can verify if you've unsubscribed from emails using this guide.

I registered for an Office Hours session but cannot attend. Will I receive a recording?
Yes! All registrants will receive a recording 48-72 hours after the session has ended.
I attended an Office Hours session and was told I would be sent a follow-up email with the recording. When will I receive the follow-up?
All registrants will receive a follow-up email with the recording 48-72 hours after the session has ended.
If you haven't received a follow-up email and it's been over 72 hours since the session, you can:
- Find the recording in the webinar replay library, available 48-72 hours after the end of the session
- Reach out to success-pmo@outreach.io for assistance
How soon after a session will a webinar recording be available? And where?
The recordings from our sessions can be viewed here 48-72 hours after the session ends.
