FAQ
When are your Office Hours sessions?
Office Hours webinars are held weekly, with each session focused on a specific topic area.
Where can I see upcoming Office Hours sessions and register for an upcoming webinar?
You can see all of our upcoming Office Hours sessions and register to join on our Success Center.
I registered for an Office Hours session but didn't receive a confirmation email or a link to join the session.
Confirmation emails may take up to 1 hour after registering to be delivered and will be sent from customercare@gotowebinar.com.
However, if it hasn't arrived, your email provider or IT organization's email filters may have re-routed or bounced the confirmation email.
Here are four options for troubleshooting:
- Check your Spam folder for the email.
- Check with your IT to ensure that the email sender address customercare@gotowebinar.com is approve-listed. Once it is, try re-registering.
- You may also try registering with a separate email address (e.g., your own Gmail) to see if you can get the confirmation email.
- Confirm that you have not unsubscribed from emails from customercare@gotowebinar.com in the past. If you have, the email will bounce and not reach your Inbox or Spam folder. You can verify if you've unsubscribed from emails using this guide.

Are Office Hours recorded? When are recordings available and how can I access them?
Whether or not you are able to attend a webinar live, all registrants will receive a follow-up email with the recording details 48-72 hours after the session has ended.
If you registered to attend a session but haven't received a follow-up email and it's been over 72 hours since the session, you can:
- Find the recording in the Outreach Webinar Replay Library, available 48-72 hours after the end of the session
- Reach out to success-pmo@outreach.io for assistance.
If you did not register for a given session, you can still browse and view the recordings on the Outreach Webinar Replay Library or search here in the Support Portal (select the tab for Videos and the Category filter Office Hours in search results).
