Purpose:
The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach users in locking and unlocking sequences in Outreach.
Locking a sequence removes the sequence from the Sequence Overview page. Locking a sequence is not the same as deleting; locked sequences can be restored, deleted sequences cannot be recovered.

Note:
- If the sequence is enabled when it is locked, Prospects will continue through the sequence steps; if the sequence is disabled, Prospects will not move through the sequence.
How To Lock a Sequence:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Sequences icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click the More Options icon to the right of the applicable sequence.
- Select Lock from the More Options dropdown menu.
How To Lock Multiple Sequences:
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Sequence icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click to select the applicable sequences.
- Click the Manage Sequences icon (pad lock) and select Lock from the dropdown menu.
- Click Confirm on the Lock Sequences confirmation popup.
- Click Done.
The sequences are now locked.
How To Restore Locked Sequences
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click the Sequences icon (paper plane) in the navigation sidebar.
- Click Views & Filters and click Sort & Filter.
- Click to select Locked under the State section of the Views & Filters settings panel.
- Click to select the applicable sequences.
- Click the Manage Sequences icon (pad lock) and select Restore from the dropdown menu.
- Click Confirm on the Restore Sequences confirmation popup.
- Click Done.
The sequences are now ready for use. Note: Perform the same steps for any single or multiple sequences as applicable.
