In order to establish a Sync with Outreach Purchase Object and equivalent Standard/Custom Object from Salesforce.

Procedure
Steps to Perform in Salesforce
For the Standard/Custom Object that is to be synced with Outreach Purchases Object, ensure that the Object in Salesforce has relation with Account as well as the Product Object ( Standard/Custom that is to establish sync with Outreach Product). Here is how that can be done in Salesforce:

Define two custom fields of the Lookup Relationship type:
- One to establish a relationship with the corresponding Product object,
- The other to establish a relationship with the corresponding Account object in Salesforce. Refer to this Salesforce document to Configure a Lookup field.
Steps to Perform in Outreach
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Once the Object Mapping is established, Org Admins can define the Configuration in the same way as they define for other Standard Objects like Account or Prospects.
In order to successfully sync Outreach Purchase Object with corresponding Salesforce Standard/Custom Object, ensure that the following field mapping is established:

Equivalent Lookup Relationship field for Account | account |
Equivalent owner/created by field of the Standard/Custom Object to be synced | owner |
For other fields like Start Date, End Date, Total value etc establish relevant field mappings and decide on the sync between these fields.
Here’s an example of what a successful field mapping for Purchases would look like:
