How To Download an Outreach Call Recording

Objective

This article provides guidance to Outreach users on how to download an Outreach Call recording (.wav file).

Applies To

  • Outreach Users

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. In the navigation sidebar, click Activity > Calls.
  3. Search, sort, and filter as needed to find the applicable meeting recording.
  4. In the list, click the recording 'play icon' to access it.
  5. Click Download.

Note: You can only download each call recording manually and individually and there is currently no option to download them in bulk.
