How to Listen to Voicemail from Prospects

Answer

Navigate to the appropriate Call on the "Calls" tab, (applying filters, as necessary.)

If an inbound call left a voicemail message, in the far right column, under "Details" there will be a blue triangle icon. Clicking this icon will open a new tab in which the voicemail left will automatically play. If this triangular "Play" icon is gray, the inbound caller did not leave a voicemail.
