How to Configure CRM Sync for Product and Purchases

Objective

Configure CRM Sync for product and purchases.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admins

  • Product and purchases

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Administration.
  3. Navigate to Integrations > CRM.
  4. Click Add mapping.
  5. Select the Salesforce object on the left side of the table and the Outreach object on the right side of the mapping table.

Once the object mapping is established, admins can proceed to define mappings for individual fields they wish to sync between Salesforce and Outreach, using the same process applied to standard objects like Prospects or Accounts.
