At this time, user login data cannot be exported within the Outreach platform itself. This data can be made available via the public API, but is not natively available within the Outreach platform.
If you need to monitor your team's use of Outreach, and do not want to use the public API to do so, you will need to do so with a third-party workforce management tool.
