Move to Faster and Easier CRM Sync Experience
SummaryOutreach has improved its CRM Sync experience with a new guided onboarding experience and simplified user experience for managing sync configurations. To get started with the new sync experience please visit the knowledge base article,

Release Date
Available to all customers to try starting February 2023.
All customers will be moved to the new experience by June 5, 2023.

- Improved set-up experience between Salesforce, Salesforce Sandbox, and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs to Outreach
- Consistent and easy-to-use experience configuring and manage CRM sync

Starting June 5, 2023 the old CRM Sync experience will be deprecated and moved to the new experience. CRM sync settings for your active plugin are automatically available in the new experience. No action is required.

Improved Team Performance Reporting
Summary
As a reminder, Team performance reporting is being expanded to include core metrics currently provided in Activity and More Reports. This will lead to a consolidation of reports with Activity and More Reports being migrated into a clean and consistent set of reports.

Ensure the right users have access to the right content with Content Governance
Summary
Content Governance is a brand new governance capability by Outreach which will allow organizations to restrict access to Sequences, Templates and Snippets only to users that should be able to see them. This ensures that users always have the most relevant content at their fingertips. Users can use Collections to share their content with specific teams or with the entire organization.

New in the EU Datacenter: Mutual Action Plans, Conversational Intelligence, Rep Coaching, and Deal Health Insights
Summary
Mutual Action Plans, Conversational Intelligence & Rep Coaching , and Deal Health Insights are now hosted in the EU joining the already available Sales Engagement and Outreach Insights.

To support customers with organizational requirements around data residency, and specifically for EU citizen data to reside in the EU, Outreach has now made Outreach Sales Engagement as well as Mutual Action Plans, Conversational Intelligence, Rep Coaching and Deal Health Insights available on the EU Datacenter.
Customer-owned data associated with those Outreach instances including prospects, accounts, organizations, meetings, and call recordings will be stored and contained within the EU infrastructure.

Deeper Meeting Intelligence with Kaia Topics and Reactions
Summary
Outreach automatically identifies the topics discussed in a meeting and how the buyer reacts to the information presented by the rep.

Update to Name Customization for Kaia
Summary
Outreach Kaia can be configured with a custom participant name in Zoom meetings. Meeting participants will see this name in the zoom participant list; the tile will continue to display Outreach Kaia. This is a correction from February release notes.

New Meetings Icon on Accounts List View Page
Summary
Meetings Icon is added in the Status column on Accounts List View and it shows the most recent past and future meeting.

We are adding the Meetings activity icon in the Status column alongside Email Histogram and Sequencing icons.
- The Meetings icon will turn purple if there are future meetings planned for an Account
- Hovering over the Meetings icon will display information about the upcoming meeting and the last meeting
- Clicking on the Meetings icon brings the user to the Meetings tab within the Account

Improved Sequence Summary Dialog

We will be relocating the sequence summary card from the right-hand rail to an overview that appears on click, to create more space for the content that matters within the Sequence Builder.

Set Up Kaia Recording Consent via Zoom
Summary
Outreach Kaia can now be configured to use Zoom’s native consent mechanism.
Release Date
All customers will have this option available by May 1.
Updates
With this new feature, Kaia will only record when Zoom is recording to the cloud; all of the recording notification and consent is captured natively through Zoom.
