How To Reschedule Emails from the Sequence

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in rescheduling an email from the Sequence>Email tab

Applies To

  • Outreach Users

Notes:

  • This article discusses the process for rescheduling emails from the Sequence>Email tab
  • When rescheduling emails of a sequence, the email must be scheduled to be sent at a time within the schedule for that sequence. If a time outside the schedule is chosen, the email will automatically be scheduled for the next available time block.

Procedure

  1. Access the Outreach Platform
  2. Access the Sequence in question
  3. Go to the Emails tab
  4. Bulk-select the emails
  5. Click the Schedule icon (clock) in the menubar
  6. Input the applicable date and time and click Schedule
  7. The selected emails are scheduled for delivery.

To view or update a scheduled delivery, sort and filter by State = Scheduled At
