The Outreach Everywhere extension is only showing your tasks, and is not showing the prospects and accounts you're viewing in Salesforce.

Symptom

The Outreach Everywhere extension is not updating to reflect the prospects and accounts you're viewing in Salesforce. It keeps showing only your tasks, activity, or calendar.

Resolution

If you are still in the task workflow of the extension, you'll have to complete that workflow by closing out of it when you're done. You can do this by clicking on the X in the top right of the task workflow in the extension.

Cause

If you are in the task workflow in the extension, it assumes you're still working on your tasks. In the task workflow, the extension will not mirror and update to reflect the records you're viewing in SFDC. The task workflow will remain until you click the X in the top right to close it.
