In the newest version of the Outreach Mobile App, sellers can now write emails more efficiently with the addition of templates, snippets, and variables. When choosing templates, key metrics such as reply and open rates can be reviewed. This content can be used when writing new emails, responding to emails, or executing email tasks.
Additionally, from the call history page, sellers can now edit and submit call logs by finding the call and clicking on "View Call Log" from the three dots.
The Outreach Mobile App is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with more enhancements coming soon.
