The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users regarding exporting information from the Outreach Platform.

Procedure
Report Overview
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Reports > Overview.
- Select the appropriate date interval
- Click Export.
A CSV file of the Team activity report will be downloaded. This report contains the following:
- User ID
- User name
- User locked
- Prospects added
- Active prospects
- Outbound calls
- Emails delivered
- Overdue tasks
- Connected calls
- Total talk time
- Average call duration
- LinkedIn tasks
- Other tasks
- Active accounts owned
- Open rate
- Reply rate
- Click rate
- Unsubscribe rate
- In-Sequence rate
- One-off rate
- Bulk rate
- Cumulative meetings booked
- Meeting conversion rate
- Meetings held
- Meetings held rate
- Correct connect rate
- In-Sequence emails
- Bulk emails

Pipeline Generation
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Reports > Pipeline Generation.
- Select the appropriate date interval
- Click Export.
A CSV file will be downloaded. This report contains the following:
- User ID
- User name
- Cumulative booked meetings
- Meeting conversion rate
- Meetings held
- Meetings held rate
- Outbound calls
- Correct connect rate
- Prospects added
Sequence Performance
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Reports > Sequence Performance.
- Select the appropriate date interval
- Click Export.
A CSV file will be downloaded. This report contains the following:
- Sequence name
