Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users about using the Team Trends Report. The Team Trends Report enables managers to track their team’s performance in meetings and identify specific individuals in need of additional coaching.

Team Trends Report Overview
The Team Trends Report gives managers visibility into the performance of their team, how performance trends over time, and how it compares to other sellers. The team trends report includes the following metrics:

Talk time
- Team average talk time
- Avg talk time by rep
- Talk time by specific meetings
- Trend over time to see how individual talk time compares to team average
- How team compares to benchmark

Monologue
- Team average longest monologue
- Change since last time period
- Longest monologue by rep

Pause length
- Team average pause length
- Change since last time period
- Longest pause length of team
- Shortest paused length of team

Questions Asked
- Team average questions asked
- Change since last time period
- Most questions asked
- Least questions asked
- Filters
- Date filter up to 6 months
- Team, User, Meeting Type, Account filter
- Save filter as default view for future visits
Configure the Report
- Access the Outreach Platform.
- Click Kaia on the left navigation bar.
- Within Kaia, click Team Trends tab.
- Select filters in the upper right, and select your team or individual users.
- To see metrics only for certain types of meetings, use the meetings type filter.
- Click Apply.
