Smart Email Assist leverages the power of generative AI to create email copy based on the prior context of conversations between buyer and seller. The reps can gain efficiency by focusing their time on editing and personalizing the AI-generated content instead of starting from scratch.

Smart Email Assist feature is available in the email compose for a seller while replying to a buyer. The seller can simply click "Assist" button and the response is auto-generated. The seller should review the generated content, make any needed changes, and just hit send.
Users can provide more context via prompt, set the length of the response, and set the tone of the voice. Smart Email Assist is available in email compose in Outreach web app and Gmail extension. Outlook add-in will follow soon.

Enhanced Kaia recording consent for Zoom
Summary
Previously, customers manually elected to use Zoom consent functionality for Kaia recordings. With this feature, all Kaia meetings in Zoom will automatically use Zoom's consent setting and hosts will be asked to grant Kaia recording permission. No action is required within Outreach.

Kaia meetings in Zoom will now use Zoom’s consent setting. Customers that had previously set-up Kaia to ‘not require consent’ will automatically have their Kaia settings updated to use Zoom's consent settings - no action is required within Outreach. When hosting a meeting, Zoom meeting hosts will be asked to grant Kaia recording permission. All Kaia meetings in Zoom will now use Zoom’s consent setting. Unlock key meeting insights with Smart Meeting Assist
Summary
Smart Meeting Assist provides a meeting abstract that can be copied, with key topics and deep links to critical moments. Users can ask questions about what was discussed in the meeting, and receive a response in natural language, helping managers and teams that support sales get up to speed with ease.

Smart Meeting Assist provides users an overall summary of a meeting and allows users to ask questions about what was discussed and receive answers in natural language. Responses to questions include deep links to the relevant timepoints in the call recording so users can jump directly into the meeting moment. The summary and questions/answers are visible to all users with access to the call recording. Users with access can ask questions, pin/unpin/delete answers.
Customize Kaia participant settings in Zoom
Summary
Customers can now customize both the name and appearance of Kaia in Zoom.

Admins can now customize both the name and appearance of Kaia in Zoom. By default, Kaia will be set up to join Zoom as an authenticated user with a profile picture. Admins can instead choose to have Kaia join Zoom as a guest user; this setting will have Kaia join the meeting without a profile picture. To use the guest user setting, your Zoom setting must permit unauthenticated users to join meetings. Learn more here.
Gain more insights using the new "This Week" filter in the Daily Activity Report

Customers can now filter the Daily Activity Report by "This Week" in the dropdown menu.

The Deal Overview is the first page you land on when selecting an individual opportunity from the Deal Grid. It is the first tab before the previous experience (Activity Feed). Deal Overview helps managers:
- Understand key deal details - including deal value, close date, and changes to that information
- Gain at-a-glance clarity into buyer engagement throughout a deal with a visual representation of activities
- View previous Kaia meeting insights, Deal Health score, and Success Plans progress all in one place

Forecasting and pipeline management capabilities that were formerly contained within a separate application will now be embedded into Outreach.

The features being released into Outreach include:
- Deal Grid: Edit all deals in the pipeline from a single view, with updates automatically written back to CRM. Real-time validation ensures field changes are compliant with validation rules.
- Rep Forecasting: Reps can submit forecasts from the opportunities page to their manager.
- Pipeline Dashboard: View your teams’ pipeline performance metrics from a single view, with the ability to create custom filters. Each metric in the dashboard leverages AI modeling that creates bespoke win models for every team and seller in your organization.
- Pipeline Movement: Understand how your pipeline has moved and changed across any previous period, including which deals contributed to the change.
- Forecasting: View all of the forecasts for your organization and the associated roll-up down to each individual rep and deal.
- Scenario Planner: Use AI to test and model a distribution of different possible forecast outcomes based on applying your judgment to win rates and pipeline volumes.

Summary
Auto-complete Variables empower both sales reps and content managers to effortlessly find and insert variables into their content - increasing productivity and saving valuable time during the content creation process. Users can now easily search and select the required variables.

- Auto-complete for Variables: By simply typing "{{" in the compose box, the auto-complete list for variables will be triggered, providing a convenient way for users to quickly find and insert variables without leaving the compose box
- Improved variables picker UI/UX: The update includes an enhanced variable picker UI/UX, enabling users to search for variables seamlessly across all variable types, such as Prospect, Account, Opportunity and Other.
These enhancements are accessible in any text editor within Outreach, including the Template editor, Snippet editor, Sequence email step editors, and the email compose window.
