Objective
Learn how to switch in-application language to French, German, Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese as an Outreach user. Our intention is to help support global sales teams by providing an application experience within their native language.

Before You Begin
- The feature to set the Outreach UI in French, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese is currently available to all users through personal setting.
- To benefit from the language settings, please ensure that your Outreach instance is updated to the latest experience.
Switching Outreach Sales Engagement to French, German, Spanish, Chinese or Japanese
To update language settings, follow these steps:
- Log in to Outreach.
- Go to Personal Settings.
- Click User Information.
- In the Language dropdown menu, select preferred language.
- Refresh the application to apply the changes.
Limitations
- Only static fields are localized in the mentioned languages.
- Dynamic content (e.g., user-generated text, custom fields, CRM-synced content) is not translated.
