Objective
The Admin homepage, located in the Administration section of the platform, provides a bird's-eye view for administrators to oversee their instance.
This page is customizable; you can add or remove tiles as needed to optimize it for your workflows.
There are two main groups of tiles that can be added to the Admin homepage:
Group One: Generic Information Tiles - These display tutorials, release notes, popular support articles, and more information related info.
Group Two: Instance Health-Related Tiles - These are designed to provide health-related information about your instance. For example, they can show whether users are properly connected to their calendars, the status of mailbox sync, or an overview of email volumes, categorized into delivered, bounced, or failed emails.
Applies To
- Outreach Admins
Additional Information about the data sources
The data in the Health tiles is refreshed every 24 hours. Unlike other sections of the Outreach platform that display real-time data and aggregations, the data here may not always match. As mentioned, this discrepancy occurs because the data on the Admin home dashboard is generated and updated only once per day.
Overview
Health tiles catalog
User health
User health tile shows how many users
- Have Mailboxes sending turned on.
- Are successfully syncing their Mailboxes.
- Are successfully syncing the calendar.
Admin can click through those sensors to go to the filtered users list, where we filter users, how do not have those settings properly set up or are not properly working. If you see a different number of results, than mentioned on the user health tile, this can be caused by changes, which happened to user configurations since this health tile was refreshed.
Email performance
Email performance tile shows overview of email delivered per selected timeframe together with percentages for open rate, reply rate, unsubscribe rate, bounce rate and failed rate.
Admin can click through those sensors to go to the filtered outbox list, where we filter those emails based on selected time frame and selected metric.
Bounce reasons
Bounce reasons tile shows trends in bounce emails splitted into individual bounce categories in selected time frames. It is possible to filter those concrete emails in the Outbox using the Bounced reason filter.
Failed reasons
