April 2026 Release Overview

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Admins can create and manage an improved homepage experience catered to different roles such as sellers, customer success, and account reps, providing expanded capabilities not available on the legacy 360 homepage. Read below for the most recent feature update. For a full list of capabilities, read the support article.

From June 15 through September 30, 2026, we will begin migrating all remaining users to the personalized homepage and deprecate the legacy 360 homepage experience. Expect to receive more communications throughout this transition. Please contact your account rep or support for more information.

Outreach Omni Agent

Agent Studio brings a new level of automation to Outreach with pre-built AI workflows that incorporate AI agents for your most common, high-value sales motions. Admins can configure and deploy these workflows from a new visual canvas in the Agents & AI admin area.

Summary

Meeting Prep Agent generates custom meeting briefs ahead of scheduled meetings. The brief brings together the most relevant context about the account, attendees, opportunities, and past conversations, so reps can spend less time preparing and more time driving deals forward.

  • Shared briefs that render the same content for all users, keeping teams aligned.

  • Reps can specify what the meeting is about, rather than relying solely on agendas that may be missing or incomplete.

Instead of manually inviting prospects one by one, reps can now select multiple prospects from the Prospect list view and invite them to a meeting in one action, making scheduling quicker and easier.

Zoom App – User Level Permissions & Fallback

Control who connects Zoom to Outreach Kaia and how meeting data is captured so teams can adopt Kaia with confidence.

Summary

This update introduces user-level Zoom authentication along with configurable online and offline ingestion controls across supported conferencing providers. Admins can now ensure only authorized users connect their accounts while defining how and when meeting data is ingested, enabling broader Kaia adoption while meeting security and consent requirements.

  • Reduce reliance on admin-level credentials to support least-privilege access

  • Maintain existing Microsoft Teams consent configurations with no change

Outcomes Report Enhancements: Win/Loss Analysis

Identify what deal attributes have the biggest impact on win rates.

Summary

An enhancement to the Outcomes Report now shows managers and reps what deal attributes correlate with higher win rates – enabling more informed coaching, strategy adjustments, and process optimization.

Updates

The Outcomes Report is now directly accessible via the 'Reports' navigation dropdown. It is no longer accessible from within the Team Performance Report.

Enhanced win/loss analysis is available for the Outcomes Report, including the following capabilities:

  • New charts that show how win rate changes by:
    • Deal size
    • Deal cycle
    • No. of prospects
    • Influence in deal
  • An easy way to drill into each category and view the list of corresponding Opportunities
  • A quick and easy hover on each bar showing its corresponding win rate %, no. of Closed/Won Opps, and no. of Closed/Lost Opps

Deal Overview Page Enhancements: Customization

Focus on what deal insights matter most.

Summary

The Deal Overview Page now supports custom layouts, allowing users to create a layout that surfaces only the most relevant information to their workflows. Custom layouts are tile-based with the ability to drag and drop, reorder, and resize relevant tiles into a custom layout.

Deal Agent Enhancements: In-App & Slack Notifications, Custom AI Deal Summaries

Two enhancements are available for the Deal Agent this release:

  • Sales reps can now receive real-time AI-driven opportunity updates directly in Slack and in-app, enabling them to review and act on deal changes instantly without leaving their workflow.
  • AI deal summaries can now be customized to reflect how your organization reviews and manages opportunities, enabling more relevant and structured insights across different deal outcomes.

Updates

Notifications now include suggested or auto-applied updates to opportunity fields. Reps can accept, reject, or edit suggested updates directly from Slack (for free-text fields), eliminating the need to log into Outreach or Salesforce and ensuring faster, more accurate pipeline updates.

Custom AI deal summaries can be configured by admins with the ability to tailor built-in deal summaries by editing prompts, defining sections, and adjusting output formats (one-line, bullets, or paragraphs). This ensures summaries align with company-specific playbooks, improve consistency, and capture the most important insights for open, won, and lost opportunities.

Deal Agent Slack notifications


Deal Alerts

Never miss a critical deal update.

Summary

Deal Alerts flag risk or areas of opportunity to sellers and can prompt an "Action Item" task for the deal owner. They are surfaced within the opportunity list view and the opportunity slide out, allowing sellers to quickly prioritize the deals that need immediate attention so they can take action before it's too late.

Summary

When filtering the Opportunity List View, the Close Date field can now also be filtered by "This Week," "Last Week," and "Next Week" allowing users to instantly segment their deals without manual effort.

Slack Enhancements: Outreach Omni Agent & Account Notifications

Stay on top of critical account information right from where you already work and collaborate.

Summary

Three Slack enhancements are available with this release:

  • Get more than notifications in Slack. You can now get insights and take action with Omni directly in a Slack thread. Omni responds with interactive components, allowing users to complete tasks in one click without switching tools or breaking flow.
  • Sales reps can now receive real-time AI-driven opportunity updates directly in Slack and in-app, enabling them to review and act on deal changes instantly without leaving their workflow.
  • Account-level notifications can be associated with a specific Slack channel, so account teams can stay up to date in real time. This keeps teams aligned as deals move forward.

  • Admins can upload and manage sales collateral – like case studies, white papers, and competitive battlecards – as PDFs, Word docs, or text files into Outreach.
  • Account Assist and Personalization Agent can automatically reference up to 7 pieces of content when generating responses. Any referenced documents will appear in the sources section as citations.
  • Documents can be assigned to the Playground channel first and validated using Outreach Omni Agent in Playground mode to confirm the content was processed and interpreted correctly.
