Objective
The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding Kaia Coaching Metrics. Kaia Coaching Metrics helps sales leaders monitor coaching related activities and track how well their management teams are adhering to coaching goals.

Before you begin
- Users must have a Meet or equivalent license type to access this report
- This report is updated once every 24 hours
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach.
- Click Kaia.
- Click Coaching Metrics.
The following data is available in coaching metrics
- User
- Team
- The team(s) that the user is a member of
- Recording page views
- How many times the user viewed a recording page
- Each recording page visit is counted as one regardless of how many times a user visits that same page.
- How many times the user viewed a recording page
- Recordings played
- How many times a recording was played by the user.
- Each played recording is counted as one regardless of how many times the user watches that recording.
- How many times a recording was played by the user.
- Coach cards added
- How many coach cards were added by the user
- Notes added
- How many notes were added by the user
The following filters is available in coaching metrics
- User
- Allows you to filter data for a specific user or set of users
- Team
- Allows you to filter data for a specific team or set of teams
- Date
- Allows you to filter for events that took place over a certain time period
- Format
- Allows you to filter based on the format of the recording: Voice or Video
- Voice: Calls that were recorded by Kaia with Outreach Voice
- Video: Meetings that were recorded by Kaia with your meetings provider
