Engagement Activity Bubble
The engagement activity bubble provides information on the history and intensity of engagement with a specific account. It displays a timeline of all key activities—such as emails, calls, meetings, and tasks—using colored bubbles that represent different types of interactions. Each bubble on the timeline corresponds to a day (or week/month, depending on your view), and the size of the bubble reflects the volume of activity on that date. Hovering over or clicking a bubble reveals more details about the specific activities that took place.
Using the Activity Bubble
The activity bubble provides a quick overview of account engagement. This lets users accomplish the following:
- Instantly see which days had the most or least engagement with an account. Larger bubbles indicate higher activity, helping you spot periods of strong or weak outreach.
- Drill Down into Specific Activities
- Click or hover over a bubble to view a breakdown of all emails, calls, meetings, and tasks for that day.
Review the details of each interaction, including who was involved and what was discussed.
