Activity Feed Overview

Purpose: 

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding the activity feed in Outreach. 

The Outreach Activity Feed provides users with an efficient way to see action within the platform and can be configure to display specific content. 

Intended Audience: 

  • Outreach Users

Notes: 

  • Outreach automatically filters out the bottom 1% to not skew metrics as one email delivered and opened will result in 100% open rate and skew the top performing sequences. 

Outreach Activity Feed Overview

The activity feed is available in the following locations within Outreach

  • The 360 Homepage 
  • Individual Prospects and Accounts
  • Individual Sequences
  • Individual Triggers
    • Note: The activity feed for triggers is not filterable 
  • Within the CRM Plugin
    • Note: External is not a filterable option for the CRM Plugin. 

Filters

Each activity feed can be filtered to display specific content as described in the tables below.

Users can filter content based on the record type as described in the table below:
