Overview
Check the status of Outreach platform, application, and integration outages, performance issues, or planned maintenance at status.outreach.io. On the Status Page you will have access to:
- About This Site - Information on statuses and the current status of the platform.
- Scheduled Maintenance - Scheduled upcoming downtime for maintenance updates.
- Past Incidents - Insight to the Outreach Status page's historical incidents by month and maintenance history.
You can also subscribe and/or enable RSS feeds to receive notifications regarding ongoing status-impacting events.

Using the Outreach Status Page
For more information on the current status of your Outreach service:
- Review your Outreach account location (known as Production Environment) listed at the top of the page in a yellow banner. (The example below shows the location App1d.)
- Active issues will populate an incident card at the top of the status page.
- Scroll down to expand the list of services and their statuses for your production environment.
- Hover over the question mark icon to see more information about that feature.
Note: If you are experiencing problems connecting to Outreach and do not see a notice posted, please contact Outreach Support.
Subscribing to Status Updates
- Access the Outreach Status Page.
- Click Subscribe To Updates in the top right corner.
- Click to select the applicable subscribe option from the menu bar. See table below for more information regarding communication channels.
Option (Icon) Description Email (Envelope) Notifications regarding any newly created, updated, and resolved Outreach issues are communicated via email. Text (Phone) Notifications regarding any newly created, updated, and resolved Outreach issues are communicated via text message. Webhook (Angle Brackets) Notifications regarding any newly created, updated, and resolved Outreach issues are communicated via webhook. Support (Chat Bubble) Clicking Contact Support redirects the user to Outreach's support request site. Feed (Signal) Notifications regarding any newly created, updated, and resolved Outreach issues will be received via feed notifications.
Note: For more information on Atom or RSS feed notifications in Slack, see below.Close (X) Closes the Subscribe Options window. - Input the required information, then click the Subscribe button.
- On the next screen, optionally check/uncheck the boxes for the components related to the Production Environment(s) you want to be notified about.
- By default, all components associated with all Production Environments are selected.
- If you are only interested in notifications related to the Production Environment(s) of your own instance(s), it is often best to click the Select none option first to quickly clear everything. Then make specific selections.
- Click Save at the bottom of the components list.
- For email and phone/text subscriptions: You will receive a message with a link or button to confirm your subscription. Click this to complete notification sign-up.
Update or Opt Out of Your Status Page Subscription
If you are already subscribed but would like to change the components and/or Production Environments your are notified about, you may follow the subscription steps with the same contact information.
If you are subscribed for email notifications, you can also click Manage your subscription at the bottom of any status update email.
Once on the component selection screen, update your selections and save to change what you are notified about. Alternatively, click the link to unsubscribe to all notifications.
Setup RSS Feed in Slack for Outreach Updates
All updates, including the start of a new incident and its resolution, will be posted through this integration.
Note: You must be a Slack Admin to complete all required steps.
- Access your Slack application.
- Follow Slack's instructions on adding RSS feeds to access the applicable configuration area.
- Input the following URL in the Feed URL field: https://status.outreach.io/history.rss
- Complete setup per the Slack guidelines.
