The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach admins about configuring risk signals

Overview
Sales managers and revenue leaders often struggle to pinpoint and quantify the risks in their forecasts at a granular, deal-level view.
This feature aims to integrate these risk signals into a unified view, allowing managers to proactively address potential deal issues and improve forecast accuracy
Configuration steps:
- Go to Administration → Tools → Forecasting → Forecasts
- Open the forecast for which you want to enable risk signals
- Click on edit metric, & toggle on the risk
- As part of beta feature, we only support systematic risk i.e deviation of user’s forecast call from the AI Projection for the sales period
- Default threshold for systematic risk is 10% deviation from AI projection, but admins can configure this threshold as per their business needs
- Click on save and publish the forecast
Users will now be able to see the risks on forecast rollup page
