How to Assign a Phone Number Type to a Prospect Phone Number

Procedure

1. Log in to Outreach.
2. Navigate to the Prospects page. 
3. Click on the prospect that you would like to edit the phone number type for.
4. Click on Edit in the right top corner. 
5. Under Phone Numbers, click on the pencil icon next to the phone number. 
6. Select the phone number type from the Type dropdown menu. There are 5 types in Outreach, Mobile, Work, Home, VoIP, and Other.
7. Click on Save.
