In Outreach, we provide the ability to create and manage custom objects, offering customers the flexibility to tailor their data structure to their specific needs. Below, we outline the limits associated with custom objects to help you plan and optimize their use.

Custom Objects Limits

Customers can create and use up to 5 free custom objects per org. 25 records can be selected at a time for custom object records.

Field Limits

Each custom object can contain a maximum of 100 fields. This includes all types of fields, such as text, number, date, and lookup fields. It's essential to design your custom objects efficiently to stay within this limit while meeting your data management needs.

Lookup Field Limits

We also impose specific limits on the number of lookup fields that can be created for each object type. Lookup fields are used to establish relationships between objects, enhancing data connectivity and utility. The limits are as follows:
