How to Identify Bounce Reasons and Sources From an Outbox Export

Objective

To equip Outreach Admins and Sales leaders to identify bounce reasons and sources for Outreach messages.

Applies To

  • Outreach Outbox

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Outreach Outbox.
  2. Set filters as desired to capture intended emails.
  3. Select the desired messages to analyze
  4. From the ellipsis menu at the top, choose "Export to CSV."

Additional Information

The exported spreadsheet will contain all the necessary information to identify your most frequent bounce reasons, as well as where the emails in question were sent from (sequence, bulk send, etc.), and the senders.
