Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach users regarding the Team Activity Report.

Overview

The Team Activity Report provides the ability to look at activities performed by users and teams in order to provide daily coaching. This report follows the user's timezone based on the Chrome Browser Time Zone settings.

  • Today: 12 AM > now local time.
  • Yesterday: 12 AM > 11:59 PM local time.
  • This Week: 12 AM on Monday of the current calendar week > now.

Filter Definitions

Outreach provides users the ability to filter reports to surface specific information. The Team Activity Report can be filtered as described in the table below.

Team

Displays content grouped by selected Teams.

Note: For more information regarding Outreach Teams, refer to the Creating Teams and Applying Team Filters article.

Users

Displays content based on selected Users.

Note: If the user did not have matching activity given selected filters, they will not show in the report. 

 

Metric Definitions

Important Metric Details: 

  • All activity is rolled up to the user that completed the action.

Team Activity displays metrics as described in the table below:

Summary Tab

MetricDefinition
Prospects AddedCount of prospects sequenced by the user.
Active Prospects OwnedCount of unique prospects currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric.
Outbound CallsCount of outbound calls attempted or logged through Outreach.
Emails DeliveredCount of emails successfully delivered to a prospect through the Outreach platform, extension or add-on (note that OOO and bounced messages does not include them in the report).
Overdue TasksCount of incomplete tasks overdue by 1 calendar day or more, and due in the date range selected.

 

Tasks and activity

MetricDefinition
Prospects AddedCount of prospects sequenced by the user.
Active Prospects OwnedCount of unique prospects currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric.
Active Accounts OwnedCount of unique accounts currently active in sequence. Not available as a historical metric.
Other TasksCount of tasks completed that are not classified as email, call, or LinkedIn tasks.
LinkedIn TasksCount of LinkedIn tasks completed.
Overdue TasksCount of incomplete tasks overdue by 1 calendar day or more, and due in the date range selected.

 

Calls

MetricDefinition
Outbound CallsCount of outbound calls attempted or logged through Outreach.
Connected CallsCount of calls that were picked up or went to voicemail (did not end early).
Total Talk TimeSum of time spent on a call, including calls under 1 minute.
Average Call DurationAverage length of calls in the selected period. Includes calls under 1 minute.

 

Emails

MetricDefinition
Emails DeliveredCount of emails successfully delivered to a prospect through the Outreach platform, extension or add-on.
Email Open RatePercentage of emails opened and delivered within 14 days.
Email Click RatePercentage of emails delivered with a clicked link within 14 days.
Email Reply RatePercentage of emails delivered with a reply within 14 days.
Unsubscribe RatePercentage of emails delivered that received a request to opt out of future contact.
In-Sequence EmailsPercentage of emails delivered that were tied to a sequence.
One-Off EmailsPercentage of emails delivered that were not tied to a sequence.
Bulk EmailsPercentage of emails delivered as part of a bulk mailing.
