  • How is the Bounced state calculated on the Sequence reporting's Prospects tab?

  • Why is the Bounced count different on the Sequence reporting's Emails tab vs. Prospects tab?

Answer

When viewing the Sequence report for Prospects, the Bounced state is calculating how many prospects in that sequence are currently in a bounced sequence state. This is not calculating how many prospects have a sequence email that bounced in that sequence.

To find the number of how many emails sent from that sequence bounced, you would look at the Sequence report for Emails instead. The Bounced state here calculates how many emails sent to prospects in that sequence have bounced.
