User Details & Activities

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Admins regarding details and activities on a user's account.

  • Outreach Admins

Procedure

  1. Log into Outreach using Admin credentials.
  2. Click on "Administration" on the left to open admin settings.
  3. Navigate to user management "users". 
  4. Set desired filters to locate specific users.
  5. Select all applicable users to view details.
  6. Click the ellipses (...) at the top of the list and then click export.
  7. Name your record. If export is greater than 100
  8. Outreach Admins can view the all activity for active Outreach users in the account. The list will show admins if they're users have their mailboxes and calendars synced. In addition, you'll see  details on the number of emails that have been sent, reply rate, open tasks, and active prospects over the last 30 days.
  9. Clicking on the silhouette button allows Outreach admins to assign a governance profile to groups of Outreach users, and the organization tree button lets Outreach admins assign Outreach users to the appropriate role.
  10. Under the ellipses button (...) you can export a user CSV, lock or unlock Outreach user seats, add or remove individuals from teams in bulk, force expire passwords, and sync Outreach users with Salesforce user seats.

Individual Outreach User Activity

Clicking into an Outreach user seat will take you to a page that shows the activity timeline, a list of sent emails and calls logged by the individual.
